Failed or blocked renders
If a video fails to render or is blocked, the credits spent on it are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us. This is a return of credits, not a cash refund.
Credit packs
- Credit packs never expire.
- Credit packs are not refundable. All purchases are final, whether or not the credits have been used.
- Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully are not refundable.
Results you are not happy with
AI video varies from one render to the next. A clip that rendered but shows imperfect hands, a small change in likeness or a detail you would have preferred otherwise is a completed render. If something clearly went wrong, for example a visible moped is drawn under you for most of the clip, you are not in it at all, or the file will not play, email us with the video and we will take a look.
Problems with a purchase
If you were charged twice, charged without receiving credits, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, email support@crazy-frog-ai.com from the address on your account with the date of the purchase. Payments are handled by Waffo. When a purchase is reversed, the credits from it are removed from your account.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are quicker to fix by email.
Subscriptions
There are none. Every purchase is a one-off pack, and nothing renews. See pricing.
